  继老干妈、辣条征服全世界后,我们大天朝的神秘美食力量,不断吸引着世界各大媒体艳羡的目光,这当中就包含了响当当的美国有线电视新闻网(CNN)。

  最近,CNN就评出了令留学生最思乡的14道中国菜。

  这份名单不但在留学圈赚足了一波乡情,在国内也看得许多离乡背井的网友口水直流,眼泪汪汪。

  “Shuizhu”is a cooking technique from Sichuan.Pre-fried frogs are poached in oil with strong spices such as chill peppers and flower peppers.The oil is often still bubbling when served,creating a dramatic visual effect.

  水煮是川菜的特色做法,牛蛙腌好后和泡椒、花椒等翻炒,煮熟端上桌时,汤还在冒着泡,刺激着人的味觉神经。

  看了上述入榜的美食,一定还有很多小伙伴不服:大家心心念念的还有泡馍、胡辣汤、小笼包、糖醋排骨啊……

  只能感叹中华美食博大精深,歪果仁真是见识太少啦!!

  不过,歪果仁对中华美食的崇拜可不止于排名,近几年来,各大外媒纷纷派出米其林厨师团队深入中国,以纪录片来对天朝美食致敬。

  像B站上很火的《安东尼·波登:未知之旅》四川特辑,就是来自CNN王牌美食节目主持人安东尼·波登。

  节目中,美国著名美食探险家安东尼·波登带领三星米其林主厨Eric,深入到四川腹地,挑战对于老外来说极端刺激的川菜。

  不少外国人看完纪录片,也迫不及待地表示愿意感受来自东方美食的神秘召唤:

  Seamus Joyce:Sichuan was one of your finest shows ever.Hope Eric has recovered.You two go together like Ben and Jerry.

  “四川特辑是目前为止最好看的一集,希望Eric已经痊愈了哈哈哈哈,你俩一起就像Ben&Jerry一样逗”

  当然,讲到纪录片,当然少不了BBC这个扛把子。

  和上面这部鬼畜CNN版“舌尖上的四川”画风截然相反,BBC所出品的美食纪录片《BBC之发现中国:美食之旅》,则更加系统和深邃地向世界介绍了中国味道。

  不逊色于CNN的米其林大厨,BBC这次派出了:在国外有“中国菜教父”之称的华裔名厨谭荣辉,和著名华裔厨师黄瀞亿,通过探秘传统美食,探寻中国最深处的灵魂。

  这部拍给老外看的中餐入门纪录片,展示了中国人最接地气的吃法,实在是非常亲民了~来个老外熟悉的北京烤鸭看看~

  片子总共分4集,还专门分有云南专场、西北专场、广东专场、四川专场,简直满足我们,哦不,老外的心理需求。

  反正,就算是地道的中国人,看着也很饿了啊~~

  再来一个成都篇,川味的火锅对于歪果仁实在是一个无法抗拒的存在了~
